In the box
Airbags, Brackets, clamps, nuts & Bolts, Pipes, compressor.
- Access to rear axle and leaf springs required.
- Install airbags, brackets, chassis strengthening and fixings.
- Install height sensors and wiring
- Install compressor
- Run pipes to required location, add split conduit at any points where friction may occur
- Install compressor and connect wiring loom - Run battery cable with fuse and fuse holder to battery live connection.
- Calibrate ride height.

General Workshop tools
Method of gaining access to the underside of the vehicle, lifts or inspection pits are essential for this very involved installation
Skills Required
Mechanical knowledge of the vehicle suspension.
Knowledge of compressed air system installation would help.
Pay attention to safety when lifting vehicles.
Will installing Top Drive Air Suspension affect the vehicle warranty?
Top Drive Air Suspension is fully TUV tested and approved for the vehicle (and all vehicles for which there is a Top Drive Air Suspension kit manufactured), as long as it is installed correctly it will not affect the vehicle warranty. If in doubt Conrad Anderson can arrange the installation.
