Satellite Navigation versus CD Satellite Navigation Systems |

Our
DVD satellite navigation systems use one DVD disc for the whole of Europe as opposed
to using the CD systems which require six separate map discs to cover the same
area. DVDs can hold much more information than CDs making access to the information
faster. Instead of attempting to find the correct CD one can simply insert the
DVD, download and codes required for the journey (for access to travel guides
etc.) and drive away. |

One
can plan a journey and by using the remote control to enter "via points"
or prefered routes one can travel safely, in comfort without arguements over routes
or who has the map! We have a choice of hand held remote controls or for true
comfort seekers we have the RC5100, a steering-wheel
remote control available for all the DVD satellite navigation systems. This means
the driver can operate the navigation and audio system with one remote control.
