The wiring harness is conducted over a movable cable track below the semitrailer.

The wiring harness is safely conducted by the cable track and thus protected from wrenching or crimping.

  

Special cable set for tractor-trailers without pivot bearing

The wiring harness is freely installed above a connection plate between semi-trailer and tractor-trailer.


Advantage: Universal spiral cables can be used.
Disadvantage: Higher risk of cable damages.

The above described cables are of high quality PU in "twisted-pair" design. These are highly elastic cables specially designed for use in movable units as hinges, drawbars etc. Special cable features are:
  
• High mechanic stability 
• Temperatur resistance of –40° C to 80° C 
• Resistance to chemicals and oils
