Forklift Camera System |
12 Volt Camera System |
|

We can supply and install a bespoke fork lift camera system that is placed to supply a view along the forks. Position will vary according to the model of the truck. The camera should be positioned so that it does not interfere with the load. The fork lift camera system is a useful, if not essential, tool.
The kit above consists of: a black and white or colour ball camera,
12 volt monitor, signal transmitter and receiver, a charger and a battery.

Normally the operator has to rely on tilt cylinders that pivot the mast to assist in engaging a load. A typical counterbalanced forklift could have the camera mounted on the truck frame, enabling the driver to see the destination of the load, thereby improving productivity. A screen can be mounted in the cab. This allows easier placement of a load without having to reposition the truck. Using a camera can also enable the operator to move a load minimising the risk of it slipping off the forks. For heavier loads such as shipping containers a camera can also prove to be very useful.
We can supply the fork lift camera system at the
manufaturing stage
or as an aftermarket kit. Please contact us for more information.
