Trucks and buses are standard equipped with a basic 24 V installation. However normal on-the-road equipment such as communication and navigation gear requires a 12 V supply. For direct current made to measure, we offers you a choice from a series of compact pre-configured DC-DC converters. This efficiently converts the power supply to 12 V or any other desirable DC voltage. Conversely, there are also converters that turn 12 V to 24 V. By using a DC-DC converter other voltages than applied in your basic system can be reached. They also ensure that all your onboard equipment has a stable power supply with the right voltage. |
