The SamY SolarPlus uses GPS (Global Positioning System) to supply accurate geographical data of the location, date and time. With this information the SamY Solar+ in the solar mode, determines the exact position in relation to the sun. The solar module is aligned automatically, even in particularly cloudy weather enabling the panel to supply maximum current to the leisure batteries.

It is equipped with a 50 watt solar module. Because of its ability to track the sun at the optimum angle, SamY SolarPlus in solar mode, will yield on average up to three times the power of a conventionally mounted panel of the same size.

Using GPS the SamY SolarPlus follows the suns position automatically. Alternatively, when you want to watch TV, the SamY SolarPlus with its 65cm an offset satellite dish will automatically search and lock on to your chosen satellite for perfect television reception -simply with the push of a button.

Dual operation system; when not being used for recieving TV, the solar panel provides extra charge for the leisure batteries. The GPS technology allows the solar panel optimum positioning to give maximum current output.
