FITTINGS, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS FAQs | |||||
| Do the retail prices all include VAT and delivery? Retail price list - all prices include 17.5% VAT. Delivery is not included. Carriage charges are as follows: Most
small items are sent by Royal Mail According to weight and dimensions. Larger
items are sent by courier. All items are charged at cost (including a small amount
for packaging). We ask for goods sent by courier to be signed for. If no-one is
at the premises the courier will retain the goods until someone is available to
sign for them. A return journey will cost an extra £4.35 which we will pass
on the customer. Additional charges will be made for delivery before 10.30 am,
Saturday deliveries, evening deliveries and third party deliveries.
When will I receive my goods? Normally 3 - 5 working days although sometimes it can take up to 10 days. Do you sent goods out for next day delivery? Yes, usually by courier. Prices are stated above. How can I pay you? We can accept Mastercard/Visa, Switch/Delta, cash or cheque. No camels ;-) Are your products guaranteed? Guarantee: One year on all products unless stated otherwise. Do you have any brochures that I can take and read at my leisure? Separate product brochures, sales information and prices available on request. Do I have to come and see you in East Birmingham to have a product fitted? Not necessarily. We may have a fitter in your area or we can send one of our mechanics to you. From Birmingham we will charge you a price per mile for petrol plus a fitting charge which is dependent on the product to be fitted. How do you calculate the mileage cost? We
enter your fitting address into Mapquest's
website which tells us the amount of miles from us to you. Can I come to have my product fitted by you? We have a newly built workshop with pits to get under your vehicle. We also have facilities for you to stay overnight, if you have a motorhome, with electricity hook-up so you can be comfortable until we are ready to start the fitting. What is your returns policy? A handling fee will be imposed on all returned goods of £10.00 providing the goods are in original condition. Surcharges will be imposed on damaged goods. Do you
