Popular Motorhome Cruise Control Fit:
One of the most common vehicles that our customers would like to have cruise control fitted to is the Fiat Ducato Motorhome. As many motorhomes will be driving long distances to get to their desired locations, fitting an aftermarket cruise control unit would help enormously in terms of the comfort of driving. The Actuator that is most suited to the Fiat Ducato depends on the age of the vehicle; prior to 2006, an AP300 would be fitted, and on anything newer an GC90 would be fitted. The command modules that are most popular for this vehicle are the CM30 and CM25 units. These cruise control fittings normally take around 4 hours, however if you buy the unit from us and fit it yourself it may take considerably longer, especially if you have never done it before. Another popular choice for aftermarket cruise control is the Ford Focus. The Actuator most suited to this car is dependant on the year of the vehicle; prior to 2005 the car would be fitted with an AP550, and any car newer than that would be fitted with the GC90. The command modules for the Ford Focus are dependant on personal taste, however the CM30 and CM25 are again most popular. The CM8 add on memory module is also popular with customers, allowing input of three preselectable speeds. This cruise control fitting would take us around 5 hours to fully install and road test, however it could take all day for anyone fitting the unit that has not done so before.
