surrounding air enters the air intake space through an air intake screen with
a coarse filtering pad. (1) and then flows through the compact evaporator unit
(2). The room air cools during the through-flow, lowers the humidity and exits
through the vaporator via flexible air ducts and re-enters the inside of the vehicle
by means of four adjustable jets (3). The
evaporator unit is equipped with double-chamber insulation in order to make the
energy consumption of the overall system as efficient as possible (4). The absorbed
heat energy is subsequently dissipated through the compressor via air outlets
(5). With
the assistance of a thermostat and a blower level switch, both the temperature
and air flow can be controlled. |
